Well, to back them up, the zero-emission solar-powered bullet trains called Solar Bullet will seek to prove their point in traveling between Tucson and Phoenix in just 30 minutes at 220 miles per hour; and that too, sans a speck of emissions. All this is being done under the SolarBullet Campaign.

A huge solar array over the tracks will generate the required renewable energy for the zero-carbon mass transit. For this purpose, a team of university experts, engineers and transit specialists will join forces to strengthen the project. Moreover, it will go on to “increase awareness and support among Arizonians” for solar technology.
